Espresso and Beverage Equipment Service Technician Needed

Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour

Job description:

Beverage/ Coffee/ Espresso Service Technician Wanted for Cleveland Based Commercial Cafe Eq and Espresso Machine Service Company

North Coast Service Solutions is searching for a qualified applicant for a full time position.

The ideal candidate will be a mechanically and electrically inclined self starter, good communicator, able to work well independently, and professional.

What you need to Succeed:

An accredited high school diploma or college degree. Further education in electrical engineering a plus.

Experience with commercial espresso machines, and coffee equipment a requirement. Knowledge in hot food equipment would be a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.

Desire to demonstrate an unyielding commitment to excellence.

Ability to work flexible hours, overtime or on-call as required.

Familiarity with digital tablets, use of online billing/invoicing a plus.

Valid driving license. Clean Driving record.

Must be able to sit, drive for multiple hours per day, stand, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.

Major Job Duties:

Perform consistent, quality service.

Completing accurate inspections, service and maintenance of equipment in order to maintain and extend equipment operation/life.

Completing preventative maintenance tasks as established by the manufacturer and assigned to you by the service manager.

Communicate in a clear and timely manner with Service Manager to assure the highest levels of customer service are met.

Maintain a clean and well stocked service vehicle.
