A/R Billing Analyst (Temp-to-Hire) — Hybrid (3 Remote / 2 In-Office)
We’re hiring an experienced A/R Billing Analyst for a fast-paced, high-volume billing team. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in deadline-driven environments, and can confidently support month-end close while juggling multiple billing priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Create, review, and process a high volume of customer invoices accurately and on time
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation through customer billing portals
- Review billing details for accuracy; research missing information and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to customer questions related to invoices, billing issues, and account statements
- Partner with internal teams to correct issues and ensure timely invoicing
- Support month-end deadlines and close activities in a high-volume environment
- Assist with additional A/R and billing projects as needed
- Work overtime when required to meet month-end and business deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of high-volume billing experience
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP system experience
- Experience with billing portals and invoice uploads
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Excellent organization and time management in a multi-priority environment
- Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus
