Requirements: The candidate shall have a:
<ul>
<li>
U.S. citizenship
</li>
<li>
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting
</li>
<li>
At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30
</li>
<li>
At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
</li>
<li>
Current CPR certification
</li>
<li>
Must pass BEP security clearance
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Duties:&nbsp; The candidate must:
<ul>
<li>
Support the SLT in supervising daily tour operations
</li>
<li>
Ensure proper assignment of tour guides for daily and special events
</li>
<li>
Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences
</li>
<li>
Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment
</li>
<li>
Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary
</li>
<li>
Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures
</li>
