🔋 About Us
We’re not just building solar systems! We’re building a cleaner, more resilient future for your clients. As a fast-growing solar developer focused on C&I and DG projects across the Northeast, we deliver turnkey solutions that power schools, businesses, communities, and municipalities. We pride ourselves on integrity, precision, and empowering our team to make a tangible difference every single day.
We’re searching for a Director of Project Management to take the reins and drive execution from pre-construction through closeout. If you live for fast-paced environments, thrive in high-ownership roles, and want to lead the next generation of solar infrastructure—this is your moment.
⚡ What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a growing portfolio of rooftop, carport, and ground mount solar projects (50kW – 5MW) across multiple states.
- Lead a team of project managers and field staff while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, interconnection, and construction.
- Create and implement project management standards, schedules, workflows, and risk controls to streamline delivery and maximize profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utilities, and subcontractors—ensuring on-time, in-budget, and high-quality execution.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly, leaning into your construction and solar savvy to keep projects on track.
- Help scale operations with improved systems, tools (hello Procore, Smartsheet, Salesforce), and vendor relationships.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, influencing company-wide decisions as we scale.
🛠️ You Bring
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial solar project management, construction management, or EPC.
- Deep understanding of C&I and DG project lifecycles—from NTP through PTO.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and teams across regions.
- Comfort with permitting, interconnection, AHJs, scheduling, construction budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Working knowledge of NEC, electrical and structural systems, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- PMP, NABCEP, or OSHA 30 certifications a plus.
🌟 Why You’ll Love It Here
- High-impact role: Your decisions shape the future of solar for schools, cities, and businesses.
- Growth runway: Join a company on the rise with real opportunities for career advancement.
- Mission-driven culture: Work with a tight-knit, passionate team committed to clean energy.
- Competitive compensation: Strong base salary + bonus + benefits + vehicle/fuel stipend.
- Work-life balance: Flexible hours, hybrid work model, and generous PTO.
