Associate Attorney - Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Litigation
Job Description
A Roseville-based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice focused on estate planning, probate administration, and trust litigation. While prior experience in these areas is preferred, we are willing to train a motivated attorney who is eager to develop expertise in this field.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of matters with appropriate guidance. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values being part of a team, and is comfortable contributing in a supportive, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Draft or assisting with estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney)
- Handling probate and trust administration matters
- Supporting and, as experience grows, managing trust and estate litigation cases
- Communicating directly with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Litigating Estate matters

Minimum Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Prior litigation experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in estate planning, probate, and trust litigation
- Ability and desire to work effectively as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: This is a full-time position with a salary starting at $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
