What You’ll Be Doing:

<li>Capture accurate documentation of customer interactions and documents into the systems</li>
<li>Work closely with the installation, service and warranty teams</li>
<li>Submit all warranty billable items in a timely manner</li>
<li>Enter warranty work orders in the system</li>
<li>Maintain customer warranty files</li>
<li>Ensure parts are available for warranty service</li>
<li>Order and ship warranty parts to vendors</li>
<li>Track warranty repairs and parts in the system</li>
<li>Answer phones, email and texts</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point</li>
<li>Positive attitude a must</li>
