Job DescriptionDescriptionAt FS-Elliott, our Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a rotational position that provides entry level engineers with direct experience in several engineering job roles within our organization. This program exposes the new engineer to different product lines, job functions and business processes within our organization, preparing them for a technical placement upon completion of the program.
Program Overview The rotational program will be 18 months with 5 months each spent in different departments depending on the candidate’s education and experience (Examples: Applications Engineering, Project Engineering, and Product (Sustaining/NPD) Engineering, Controls Engineering, Product Management, Project Management and others).
· Executing assignments in accordance with departmental manager's expectations.
· Support Continuous Improvement efforts
· Periodically attend training
During the remaining 3 months the EDP will spend 2-week stints within other areas of the company including a Fusheng branch (Sales/Service), Manufacturing, and other areas to bolster experience.
The order of the rotation will depend on department need and the employee’s experience.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software.
Education: Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or two to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
