What You'll Do
Operations
- Manage FOH and BOH daily operations end to end: scheduling, staffing, inventory, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Team Development
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that takes pride in the work
- Motivate and inspire through consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Address performance issues directly and fairly, with a focus on growth
Financial Management
- Monitor sales, labor, and costs to protect profitability
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses
- Prepare and analyze financial reports with a clear eye toward improvement
Community
- Show up as a genuine presence in the local community
- Build relationships with neighboring businesses and participate in local events that align with our values
What You Bring
- 3+ years of management experience in fast casual or casual dining
- A guest-first mindset and the interpersonal skills to build real relationships
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold a team accountable while keeping morale high
- Solid command of scheduling, inventory, cost control, and restaurant financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
