Haag Ford is seeking a motivated individual to become part of our service team as a Service Advisor/Recall Specialist. In this role you will handle scheduling recalls, communicating with customers and ensuring technicians complete necessary recall repairs.
Job Hours: Monday-Friday 7:15 AM - 6 PM
*Job hours may vary depending on the work load of the shop
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints relating to the recalls on their vehicles
- Ability to transfer the customer’s concern into the dealership DMS system
- Relay information from technicians to customers regarding their vehicles
- Address and resolve customer concerns with their vehicles and services provided by the dealership
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealership customers
- Create Repair Orders based on open recalls and needed work and communicate that information to the technician.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a auto dealer service department is advantageous
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
