Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's real estate transactions, focusing on drafting and negotiating lease agreements and other related legal documents. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial lease agreements and other real estate documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis for various real estate transactions
  • Support attorneys in negotiations related to commercial real estate deals
  • Manage case files and documentation related to real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide support in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and dispositions

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed attorney with experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and lease agreements
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
