Key Responsibilities:

<li>Answer phones and log service calls in ESC software</li>
<li>Receive, label, and organize stock items</li>
<li>Maintain orderly and accessible storage of parts</li>
<li>Conduct inventory twice per month</li>
<li>Process returns for defective, warranty, or unneeded parts</li>
<li>Monitor pending parts orders and follow up as needed</li>
<li>Order parts for scheduled jobs and complete purchase orders</li>
<li>Operate forklift (not required but a plus)</li>
