Overview:
We’re expanding our Zillow Flex Team—recognized for the highest payout structure and a supportive, team-first culture in North Carolina. We're looking for up to 10 motivated and service-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic group.
As a Zillow Flex partner, you'll receive live, high-intent buyer leads directly from Zillow, allowing you to focus on doing what you do best—closing deals and serving clients.

- Stay informed about real estate laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina real estate license. (REQUIRED)
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and time management
- Tech-comfortable and CRM-proficient
- Hungry, humble, and ready to grow
