Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
  • Experience with timely case management and documentation.
  • Experience with customer service and professional outreach.
  • Experience with maintaining confidentiality and security of documents.
  • Experience with efficient document processing and indexing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve casework, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Conduct research and review case information, documenting findings.
  • Perform outreach to internal and external customers for case details.
  • Build, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and multiple databases.
  • Process and index incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Monitor and ensure the confidentiality and security of documents.
  • Support departmental operations through various administrative tasks.
