Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in office - after initial training period.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting legal documents and correspondence
· Preparing closing binders independently from start to finish
· Reviewing and redlining agreements and due diligence documents
· Conducting title, survey, and zoning reviews
· Assisting attorneys with complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions
· Corresponding with clients
Requirements:
· 2+ years of recent commercial real estate experience
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Due diligence, title, and closing binder experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience, degrees/certifications, and other factors.
