Responsibilities:

• Process and manage wholesale orders from automotive dealers and clients.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with other dealers/auctions to perfect titles and funding.
• Handle inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to wholesale transactions.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or inventory discrepancies.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or business-related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive wholesale or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and products is an advantage.

The Wholesale Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22 and $26 DOE
