Overview of ProjectEngagement to provide an M&A Onboarding Project Coordinator to assist with IT divestiture activities and support of the IT Separation Management Office (SMO). This role will coordinate program governance and process activities related to onboarding and offboarding program resources and divested entity employees, as appropriate.The Project Coordinator ensures that all resources are onboarded and offboarded to the program. This includes updating the resource directory, creating global IDs, requesting email accounts, acquiring laptops, tracking end dates, and more. The role also provides training on onboarding, offboarding, and other SMO processes to program members.Additional responsibilities include coordinating weekly status reports and updates to financial forecasts vs. budget. The Project Coordinator may also support other SMO team members as directed.The individual in this role must be a skilled communicator, as the position requires interaction with all levels both inside and outside the organization. A solid understanding of priorities and the ability to handle temporary stress professionally without losing sight of the mission objective is expected.Timeline:This engagement is expected to last approximately 12 months from the start date, with potential for extension up to 18+ months.Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of program and divested entity resources
  2. Collaborate with the Identity & Access Management team and other management groups to ensure onboarding/offboarding processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with internal policies
  3. Manage requests for access to applications offered under Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
  4. Track and report resource counts, progress, and related metrics on a recurring basis
  5. Follow up with users to ensure training requirements are completed
  6. Review and resolve IT tickets (e.g., password resets) for divested employees
  7. Maintain budget and forecast information based on program resource onboarding
  8. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  9. Assist with the preparation of status reports
  10. May be trained as a backup for VMO GO processing

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a project coordinator role, with a background in onboarding
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; ability to work independently
  • Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and meet aggressive timelines

Assumptions:

  • The resource will report to the IT Deal Lead and collaborate closely with the IT SMO team
  • Work will be performed remotely for the entire duration
  • Any travel and related expenses must be pre-approved and in accordance with the organization's travel policy
  • Any overtime rates must not exceed the agreed-upon maximum rate and require prior approval

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $45 and $50. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
