About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Funeral Home Manager to lead operations and ensure exceptional service for families during meaningful life moments. This role combines leadership, client care, and business management, with a strong focus on team development and community engagement.
What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day funeral home operations, including services, staffing, and scheduling

Meet with families to arrange and coordinate funeral and memorial services with care and professionalism

Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a supportive and high-performing team environment

Ensure compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations

Drive community outreach, events, and local marketing initiatives

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve results

Maintain facilities, equipment, and overall presentation standards
What We're Looking For

Licensed Funeral Director (or ability to obtain licensure)

5+ years of experience in funeral services or a related field

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to balance compassion with operational and business priorities

Valid driver's license
