The Role
We are looking for aProperty Rehab Specialistwho can take a property from rough condition to rent-ready. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can bothdo the workandthink ahead.
Youll be responsible for executing renovations efficiently, maintaining quality, and helping us standardize our process as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on renovation work (drywall, painting, flooring, trim, light carpentry, etc.)
- Complete full turns to get properties rent-ready
- Identify issues quickly and solve problems without constant supervision
- Coordinate with subcontractors when needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Track materials and communicate whats needed ahead of time
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure properties are tenant-ready
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
- Strong skills across multiple trades (jack-of-all-trades mindset)
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Bonus: Experience with rental property turnovers or real estate investing
