Contract Negotiator
Charlotte, North Carolina (Remote for NC Candidates)
ARC Group is seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to support a Fortune 500 organization in the Medical/Health industry. This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits to provider locations throughout North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be comfortable representing the organization in face-to-face meetings with providers as business needs arise.

Job Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate, and manage high-performing provider and vendor partnerships.
Lead contract negotiations with vendors and providers, ensuring successful implementation and long-term relationship management.
Conduct market research and analysis as needed.
Define, initiate, and oversee financial analyses and operational reporting for assigned vendor and provider agreements.
Monitor and track financial and operational performance of key partnerships.
Recommend and implement corrective action plans or contract modifications, collaborating with health plans and internal teams as appropriate.
Facilitate and lead meetings with health plans, corporate stakeholders, and executive leadership to review contract performance, scorecards, and strategic partnership updates.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in vendor and/or provider contract negotiations, contract analysis, or financial modeling within healthcare or a related industry.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience negotiating fee-for-service and value-based contracts with large hospital systems, including ancillary, professional, and behavioral health services.
Experience negotiating and managing contracts for Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.
Strong communication experience supporting external stakeholders on contract terms, pricing, and information requests.
Experience entering and managing contract data in Salesforce.
Ability to conduct and interpret low-spend analyses and rate analyses.
