• Consistent weekend scheduleJob DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our appliance showroom team on weekends. This role focuses on delivering consultative sales support, helping customers select appliances that best meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide an excellent customer experience. You will serve as a product resource while maintaining a clean, organized showroom and supporting daily store operations.Responsibilities:• Greet customers and assess appliance needs
• Explain product features, warranties, pricing, and promotions
• Complete sales orders accurately using CRM and spreadsheets
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
• Assist customers with moving or loading appliances as neededQualifications and Requirements• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual with weekend availability required
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds (assistance available for heavier items)

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
