Responsibilities

• Perform customized services including skillfully applying makeup to clients, adhering to their individual preferences and occasions. This includes but is not limited to weddings, special events, photoshoots, and everyday makeup
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific makeup needs and desires by offering professional recommendations and advice to achieve the desired look
• Stay updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to strict hygiene standards and ensure all makeup tools and products are properly sanitized
• Offer additional makeup services and retail products to clients when appropriate
  
• Recommend and sell ESA Beauty products through consultative sampling and product education
• Offer light esthetic services such as brow tinting and lash lifts, and skin consultations (when needed)
• Provide consistent 5-star guest service and contribute to a welcoming, wellness-oriented atmosphere
• Participate in seasonal product events and promotional launches
• Maintain strong knowledge of ESA Beauty products to support guest recommendations
• Utilize social media to promote your craft

Qualifications

• An active Esthetician or Cosmetology License in WI
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of past work
• Effective time management and adaptable to changing circumstances
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work Saturdays for bridal appointments
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 30 per week
