A membership-based concierge and longevity medicine practice operating across Tampa Bay is looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who understands that exceptional clinical care is about far more than throughput. You will deliver IV therapies, support regenerative medicine procedures, and build genuine relationships with a membership base that receives a level of personalized attention that the traditional healthcare system simply cannot replicate. Position Highlights
- RN or LPN role within a membership-based concierge and longevity medicine practice
- Blend of house calls, in-clinic appointments, and member event coverage throughout greater Tampa Bay
- Administer IV wellness infusions including NAD+, vitamin drips, glutathione, and hydration therapy in-office and in patient homes
- Assist with regenerative medicine procedures and administer injections with patient education support
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection for advanced diagnostic panels including 90+ biomarker assessments
- Flexible 20 to 35 hours per week; RN compensation ranges and LPN compensation ranges will vary based on hours and experience

- Membership-based lifestyle medicine practice delivering house calls, in-clinic visits, and telemedicine under one integrated model
- Members receive unlimited provider access, same-day appointments, and care that reflects a standard unavailable in traditional medicine
- Tampa Bay clinic operates from a modern waterfront office with approximately 50% of visits conducted as house calls across the greater area
- Small, high-caliber clinical team with a culture grounded in quality, warmth, and an uncompromising standard of patient experience
- Operations team manages scheduling, supply logistics, and administrative coordination so clinical staff can focus entirely on care
- No hospital floors, no staffing rotations, no 12-hour unit shifts - a deliberate and sustainable model built for clinical longevity
Compensation and Benefits
- RN and LPN compensation is based upon hours, PRN, part-time or possibly full-time scheduling, and based on experience
- Performance bonus available based on patient satisfaction scores and operational reliability
- IRS standard mileage reimbursement for all house call travel
- Flexible core Monday through Friday scheduling with some weekend availability for member events
- 1099 independent contractor structure; contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance, open to discussions for employed contract structures
Candidate Requirements
- Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida required
- Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- IV therapy certification or demonstrated IV competency required
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance
- Polished, professional demeanor consistent with a luxury concierge healthcare environment
- Comfortable working independently in patient homes and as a direct representative of the practice brand
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Experience in concierge medicine, home health, or mobile healthcare strongly preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus to best serve the patients in the surrounding area
