Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, cold selections, and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and plating to support efficient service.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including toasters, coffee machines, ovens, and warming trays.
Handle food handling responsibilities with precision to ensure compliance with food safety management standards.
Process cash transactions accurately at the breakfast service point using POS systems while providing excellent in-person customer service.
Restock supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to ensure all items are available for guests’ needs.
Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items such as trays or bulk supplies.
Support catering functions or special event breakfasts as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by engaging positively with guests and responding promptly to their requests or concerns.
