Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, shipment delays, returns, credits, and delivery challenges.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, field sales teams, and internal business partners to support customer accounts and drive service excellence.
- Partner closely with field sales representatives to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate sales support.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and monitor their progress throughout the order lifecycle while maintaining data accuracy across business systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing proactive communication, status updates, and timely follow-up until resolution.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems, including Oracle and Salesforce, to track orders, document customer interactions, and monitor service metrics.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, maintain reports, and support decision-making related to customer orders and service.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Essential Skills
- Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or order management.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles handling inquiries, order issues, and service requests.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use Oracle ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking customer interactions and orders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred, including working with spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for order entry, tracking, and data management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when investigating and resolving order-related issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Product Management, Finance, and Sales.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
- Accurate data entry skills and comfort working with business systems and databases.

This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
