The Nic Nicaud Team is looking for driven, motivated, and coachable real estate agents ready to grow their careers. Whether you’re newly licensed or an experienced agent looking for a fresh start, we provide the leads, training, mentorship, and systems to help you succeed.
As part of our team, you’ll work with active buyer and seller leads. You'll receive the tools, support, and training needed to close more deals and build a sustainable real estate business — all in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads through our CRM
  • Conduct property showings and listing appointments
  • Provide market insights and guidance to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and guide transactions to close
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching

Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in licensing course)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM and mobile technology
  • Willingness to follow a proven system for success
