Compensation:
$108,000 - $196,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
- Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
- Practice client conversations and objection handling techniques
- Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
- Track daily activity and performance in provided systems
- Commit to ongoing learning and development
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
