What You’ll Do as a DSP Lead
As a DSP Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and ensuring their needs are met with care and dignity. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and ready to take on a leadership role in our community-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation as needed.
- Lead and guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of those we serve.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between individuals, families, and community resources to promote independence and inclusion.
