Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Program Manager reports to the Program Director.

Duties Include:

1. Works cooperatively with the participant, his/her family, friends, staff, advocates and/or guardians, and other programs as well as other agencies to assemble a team that is both optimal for the planning process as well as preferred by the participant.

2. Serves as the primary contact and is responsible for the flow of communication to house staff, management staff, other departments, other agencies, professionals and families; determines and communicates what information needs to be shared, when and to whom.

3. Completes all End of the Month paperwork as requested accurately and timely.

4. Responds timely to internal and external customers (e.g., families, other departments) to ensure service excellence.

5. Participates in the hiring of staff assigned to his/her home by giving recommendations.

6. Responsible for orienting and training of staff on the job in all aspects of their duties within required time frames.

7. Maintains costs within budget for the home(s) by reviewing expenditures and the use of resources.

8. Takes necessary action in emergency situations in accordance with agency policies and reports such incidents on appropriate forms.

9. Reviews and corrects staff’s time sheet printouts for accuracy and submits to the Program Manager or designee.

10. Weekly tracking/monitoring of LTSS exceptions for all EVV and Non-EVV individuals.

11. Time sheet review and payroll management for all the staff.

12. Attend all individual PCP meetings as scheduled by the CCS.

13. Reconcile receipts for all the individuals and generate monthly Invoice (On or before the 1st of every month) for families or other departments to ensure timely payment.

14. Provide monthly feedback to the Management team after every monthly meeting with the house Manager/Program Coordinator.

15. Participate in individual intake/admission.

16. Creating new binders for individuals upon admission.
