Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate transparently and confidently across all channels, delivering both good and tough updates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in client services, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while staying hands-on with project execution.
- Exceptional time and project management skills across multiple clients and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration/project management tools.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
