We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who can lead by example, develop people, and drive shop performance while protecting and strengthening our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and front-office staff
- Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and scheduling
- Drive sales, KPIs, and overall shop performance
- Uphold and reinforce company culture, standards, and expectations
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of automotive repair operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and build positive culture
