Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Representative

LUX Services Utah is looking for a motivated, confident appointment setter to help grow our commercial and community window-cleaning business.
\n
This is an over-the-phone, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential and recurring commissions. You will generate qualified appointments, and the owner of LUX Services will provide estimates and close the accounts.

Responsibilities
\n
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
\n
• Connect with property managers and qualified decision-makers
\n
• Introduce LUX Services and explain our window-cleaning solutions
\n
• Identify qualified properties and community-wide opportunities
\n
• Schedule estimates and property walkthroughs
\n
• Follow up professionally with interested prospects
\n
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records
\n
\n
Compensation
\n
• Commission-only position
\n
• Earn 10% of the first collected invoice from every new account generated through your qualified appointments
\n
• Earn a 2% recurring carry during the customer’s first year
\n
• Earn a 1% recurring carry beginning in the customer’s second year
\n
• Uncapped earning potential
\n

The following example assumes three setter-generated accounts are closed by LUX each month at an average monthly account value of $8,500.

Average Month — Month 1
\n
3 new accounts × $8,500 = $25,500 in new monthly account value
\n
Initial commissions:
\n
$25,500 × 10% = $2,550
\n
Recurring carry:
\n
$25,500 × 2% = $510
\n
Total projected Month 1 earnings: $3,060
\n
By Month 12 — At Target
\n
3 new accounts per month × 12 months = 36 active accounts
\n
Initial commission from three new accounts: $2,550
\n
Monthly recurring carry:
\n
36 active accounts × $8,500 × 2% = $6,120
\n
Total projected Month 12 earnings: $8,670
\n
Projected first-year earnings: $70,380
\n
Annualized on-target earning pace at Month 12:
\n
$8,670 × 12 = $104,040 OTE
\n
\n

This is an illustrative projection—not guaranteed compensation. It assumes three new $8,500 monthly accounts are generated and closed every month, all customers remain active, and all payments are collected. Actual earnings will depend on contract value, closing results, collected revenue, service frequency, and customer retention.
