Provide offline and online programming for laser cutters, brake presses and other CNC equipment. Program, load and save programs on cnc equipment. Provide continuous communication with team members to ensure efficient work flow. Maintain training and knowledge levels in accordance to software revision release. Ability to help troubleshoot and support the laser cutter and brake press from a software and programming perspective. Responsible to help achieve high material utilization including usage of remnant materials and minimizing that inventory. Regularly review current production methods in laser and forming and recommend areas of cost improvement. Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.

JOB LOCATION – Mequon, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire or Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 6am to 2:30pm
STARTING PAY – $29 to $35 per hour BOE
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
