Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to support daytime operations at a hospital supply window. This role is responsible for pulling supply orders, managing inventory, and delivering items across various hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the hospital supply window, pulling and distributing orders throughout the day.
- Deliver supplies across multiple hospital buildings; navigation support is provided via an internal app.
- Collect, label, and prepare medical-surgical supplies for delivery, including items such as syringes, gloves, sharps containers, and car seats.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain inventory organization.
- Record and maintain delivery logs and inventory data as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and display great communication skills to fellow staff.
Qualifications
- 6 months+ of Stocking/Supply Chain/Inventory experience
- Close attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical activity and being on your feet for extended periods
- Background and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred
