Responsibilities for a Web Manager include but are not limited to:

Oversee the review, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content within CMS, ensuring adherence to established Brand guidelines for smooth user experiences and visual consistency.

Utilize Optimizely/AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages, landing pages, digital assets, and multimedia content.

Collaborate closely with UX teams to implement visually appealing page layouts and designs within the CMS, enhancing user engagement and brand consistency.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.

Ensure digital content meets accessibility standards by implementing inclusive design principles and conducting regular audits.

Coordinate content localization efforts to effectively reach international audiences.

Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on published content to ensure functionality and formatting consistency across different devices.

Provide support and guidance to content contributors and stakeholders on CMS usage and best practices.

Work collaboratively with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure page updates/creation align with overall business objectives and project timelines.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics within CMS, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Candidates for Web Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 3+ years of content authoring and QA experience with Optimizely and Adobe Experience Manager Content Management Systems
· Ability to solve problems and work independently as needed with minimal supervision but knows when issues should be escalated to a manager.
· Ability to prioritize and arrange work requirements to accomplish goals and ensure work is completed
· Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities
· Experience auditing website content for accuracy, consistency, broken links, and spelling errors using automated tools
· Understanding of image responsiveness, manipulation and cropping2+ years of general warehouse experience
· Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Pay Details: $36.80 per hour
