We're looking for a Store Manager with a strong background in restaurant or QSR operations to oversee our location in Baltimore, MD.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system management, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory control through accurate stock ordering, stocking, merchandising, and loss prevention strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and organizational policies at all times.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by supervising shift schedules, delegating tasks efficiently, and motivating staff to achieve their best performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in cafe or restaurant environments with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, purchasing processes, and inventory management software.
