We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Leadership Development Associate to join our Washington, DC team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and refinement of leadership programs and initiatives that develop internal and client-facing talent. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about professional growth, learning, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering leadership development workshops and training sessions

  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to improve effectiveness

  • Support team leaders with coaching frameworks and performance development plans

  • Research best practices and industry trends related to leadership development

  • Coordinate communication with internal departments and external clients

  • Analyze participant feedback to provide insights and recommendations

  • Maintain detailed records of program performance and engagement metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, or organizational training

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data reporting tools
