Your Profile

- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
- Required electrical background
- Strong knowledge in CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP
- Requierd knowledge and Experience in PLC programming robotic applications
- Experience in bending technology or other metal forming processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills required, problem solving skills, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities for testing and data analysis
- Basic Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Co-Pilot)

Your Responsibilities

- \n
- Responsible for tool design, automatization projects, and production optimization
- CAD Design and cost estimation for tooling and machines in close cooperation with the engineering and production team
- Responsible for identifying cost saving potential in the production and tooling process and support to execute those
- Support engineering team to validate part requirements and make sure the tooling and machines will meet the spring specifications
- Spring production process development and optimization, in close cooperation with the production team
- Be part of the quality complaint process and support with identifying and executing corrective actions
- Supporting our international subsidiaries, potential on site travel
- Quality and machine rates, costs of tooling and spare parts, downtime and reduction of production scrap
