What We’re Looking For:
- Full-time, licensed agents in Georgia.
- Proactive individuals with strong follow-up skills and a passion for helping others.
- Professionals eager to learn, grow, and earn — not just hang their license.

Responsibilities:
- Promptly follow up with inbound leads and efficiently schedule showings.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to assess needs and build trust.
- Guide clients through transactions from offer to close.
- Stay informed about local market trends and community developments.
- Maintain CRM and lead activity with updated notes and client progress.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia real estate license (or currently in process).
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM systems.
- Driven, humble, and eager to grow.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
