Job Description
INCOG BioPharma is seeking a detail-oriented IQC Technician to support material readiness for the manufacture of sterile injectable products. INCOG is looking for a quality-driven and organized individual focused on operational readiness and excellence. This role is 2nd shift (3pm - 11.30pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample and inspect incoming materials (components, API, BDS, excipients)
- Perform visual/dimensional analysis and support analytical testing
- Manage lab tasks: instrument calibration, cleaning, inventory, waste, and sample shipments
- Support documentation, peer review, and COA generation
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a science discipline (or HS diploma + 2 years QC/pharma experience)
- Strong math, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience with LIMS/QMS systems a plus
