PC Refresh Specialist
- Worksite Location: Anoka, MN
- Contract Duration: 6 months + possibility to extend
- Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the PC Refresh Specialist:
- Unbox newly purchased computer equipment
- Connect with employees and IT Staff to understand current system configuration and swap
- Collect address information from employees
- Inform employees after their new computer is sent to them that they will need to ship their current computer back to the depot
- Provide the return information
- Configure PCs which may include user profile configuration
- Box up imaged PC and ship it to the end user
What you’ll bring to the PC Refresh Specialist role:
- Experience with imaging and PC replacement projects
- Enterprise Win 10/11 Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after training and work direction has been given
