Your Role at Artemis
- Convert warm Zillow Flex and Market VIP appointments into successful closings.
- Provide exceptional buyer seller consultations using our proven strategies.
- Utilize our marketing, coaching, and support team to focus on building a sustainable, long-term business pipeline.
- Build wealth through closings and stock revenue share opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (required).
- Minimum 1+ year sales or real estate experience (preferred).
- Comfortable with technology (CRM, apps, digital tools).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Follow-Up Boss or Flex is a significant advantage.

Compensation
- 100% commission + stock + revenue share.
- Agents on our platform typically earn $75,000 annually as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience.
- Our top and most consistent producers earn between $200k to $450k annually.
