A Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking a Counsel or Junior Partner–level Corporate Attorney to join its corporate practice. This position is well-suited for an attorney with a small but real book of business (approximately $200K) who wants a platform that offers consistent, high-quality corporate work to supplement their practice
The firm has approximately 1,000 hours of existing corporate work ready to support the incoming attorney.
Duties

Handle a broad range of general corporate matters

Support middle-market and privately held companies

Work on transactions, governance, and ongoing advisory matters

Oversee and collaborate with associates as needed

Maintain and grow client relationships without pressure to carry a full book alone

Ideal Background

8–15+ years of corporate or transactional experience
