Position Summary

Colonial Parking, Inc. is the preeminent parking service provider in the DMV with over 300 parking

facilities under management. The Legal Department is responsible for providing legal advice and

guidance to all levels of management and handling all legal matters, including day-to-day contract

drafting/reviews, dispute resolution, risk management, contract management, corporate governance,

regulatory compliance, investigations, and litigation. The Contract Administrator’s primary role is to

manage the Legal Department’s contract management function and the related systems and workflows.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage the Legal Department’s contract request/intake function and each stage of the contract

lifecycle.

· Manage contract-related processes, workflows, and systems including the contract request system,

project tracking system, and e-signature platform.

· Interface with business owners and other departments including accounting, audit, business

development, and operations.

· Type, edit, and proofread documents with attention to detail.

· Prepare redlines, convert PDFs to Word documents, and attach exhibits where applicable.

· Track approvals and route approved contracts for e-signature.

· Manage priorities and communicate status updates to business owners.

· Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports.

· Update and maintain department files and records.

· Manage offsite records storage with a third-party vendor.

· Provide daily support to the General Counsel, Associate Counsel, and the Claims and Risk

Management Manager as needed.

· Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency.


Minimum Job Qualifications

· Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

· Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

· 3+ years of administrative experience in a law department or law firm.

· Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).

· Advanced experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Advanced organization and time-management skills to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

· Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, willingness to take initiative.

· Assist others with accomplishing common goals.
