Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess complex medical conditions of patients.
• Manage ventilators and intravenous drips effectively.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and interpret laboratory results and diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications and document all actions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Engage in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Participate in precepting new staff and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
