Job Description

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local account based in Montgomery, New York. This position offers daily home time, predictable routes, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package.

Drivers operate modern automatic day cabs on dedicated routes serving distribution centers and retail locations throughout the Northeast.

Pay & Compensation

Average weekly earnings: $1,690–$1,770
Approximately $89,000 annually
$0.69 per mile
$70 daily pay
$25 stop pay
$3,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility requirements apply)
Consistent activity-based pay

Home Time

Home Daily
Sunday–Thursday schedule
Approximate 6:00 PM start time
Occasional 6-day workweeks (1–2 times per month)

Job Details

Dedicated local routes
Consistent deliveries to the same customer locations
Operating area within approximately 250 miles of Montgomery, NY
Deliveries throughout:
- New York
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania
- Delaware
- Maryland
Minimal NYC deliveries
Average 8 stops per route
No-touch freight with preloaded trailers and live unloads

Equipment

Automatic day cab tractors
48' and 53' dry van trailers
Trucks remain at the terminal during home time

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A driving experience
Must live within 40 miles of Montgomery, NY
Must meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
SAP drivers are not eligible
No riders or pets permitted
