Pay: $32.00–$37.00/hr based on experience, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring LPNs. You'll lead care on your unit, work closely with our RNs and providers, and help our CNAs deliver the care our residents count on. We serve long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, so no two shifts look the same.

What you'll do:

- Pass medications and perform treatments, including wound care

- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN and provider

- Direct and support CNAs on your unit

- Keep accurate, timely documentation

- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team

What you need:

- Current LPN license in North Dakota or a multistate compact license

- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, new grads welcome

- CPR/BLS certification
