Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Bilingual DevOps Engineer in Richland Hills, TX who excels in both technical execution and project leadership. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure server infrastructures while managing cloud environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure. The ideal candidate will oversee CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and version control systems, ensuring reliable deployments and robust operational processes. This position requires a strong understanding of backend and frontend code, with the ability to contribute to codebases and support high-performing web applications. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives from planning through delivery, acting as a Project Manager to coordinate timelines, priorities, and crossfunctional communication. You will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to facilitate smooth releases and troubleshoot performance issues or outages. The engineer will also establish DevOps best practices, maintain documentation, enhance internal processes, and provide mentorship to developers or technical team members as needed.Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in DevOps engineering and server administration
- Knowledge of web development architectures and modern frameworks
- Experience with containers, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong understanding of system security and compliance best practices
- Project management skills with the ability to own initiatives end-to-end
- Bilingual in Spanish
