Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads to drive sales.
- Develop relationships with clients to boost sales.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their housing needs and showcase properties that fulfill those needs.
- Host open houses to publicize agency listings.
- Oversee all aspects from listing to closing to deliver a smooth transaction experience.
- Attract prospective clients to encourage new business.
- Leverage local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer queries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Technologically savvy.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
