Love working with children? The Williamson County Schools’ School Age Child Care (SACC) program is looking for fun, energetic, and caring team members to create a safe, engaging space where kids can laugh, learn, and grow—before and after school.
You’ll spend your time leading fun activities, building connections, and creating a safe, welcoming space for elementary-aged children. Whether you’re starting a career in education or looking for meaningful part-time work, this could be the perfect fit!
- Shifts:Monday–Friday, 6:30–9:00 AM and/or 3:00–6:00 PM
- Pay:$16.37–$20.66/hour +$2/hour bonusfor morning shifts during the school year
- Schedule:Flexible—work one or both shifts, and choose the days that fit your schedule
- Position type:Year-round, part-time

Duties
- Supervise and engage a group of up to 20 students in Kindergarten–5th grade
- Lead fun and interactive activities that encourage learning and play
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Provide basic first aid when needed
- Assist with setup, breakfast/snack service, check-in/out counts, and cleanup
- Build meaningful relationships with students and families
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Available Monday–Friday during the school year (10–20 hours per week)
- Meet all state and local licensing requirements
- Love working with children—previous experience in childcare preferred
- Able to work indoors/outdoors and participate in active play
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with families and coworkers
