Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Staff Accountant. This is a hands-on, GL-focused role supporting month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, fixed assets, leases, intercompany activity, and financial reporting.

Required background:

- Large, publicly traded manufacturing company experience required
- Combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience required
- Strong general ledger and month-end close ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Stable employment history

Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 plus 5% bonus

Schedule: Three days onsite and two days remote
